Bar
The bar on the ground floor serves non-alcoholic beverages (juices, tea, coffee)
and various alcohols: wines, drinks and hard liquors, including the regional
honey vodka called Miodula. You can also try draught, Czech beer or the famous
Pilsner, enrapturing you with its herbal-flower-spicy aromas with a hint of malt
and a bread-honey note. It’s a perfectly harmonious flavour composition where the
initial sweetness is balanced by the dry bitterness of the hops. Apart from that,
the menu includes also sweet snacks (cakes) and savour snacks (bred with lard,
as the tradition has it). The bar leads you directly to the restaurant halls or the
terrace for a breath of fresh air.
